The updated RPN E-Mail Directory is provided as a PDF file.
PDF stands for Portable Document Format. This means this attachment can be viewed on any computer by using the free Acrobat Reader. The Acrobat Reader comes bundled with many Internet browsers (you may already have it on your computer). If you do, you can just click on the file name and it will automatically open with the Acrobat Reader.
If you don't already have the Acrobat Reader (or want the latest version) --
don't despair! The Reader is available for free at the following web site:
The RPN E-Mail Directory is Password-Protected to prevent unauthorized access.
The Acrobat Reader will ask you for the password before it will open the file.
If you have forgotten the password, just e-mail your
WebMom and I'll
e-mail it back as soon as I can.
The password may be changed at a later date (you will be notified) if there
are any signs of unauthorized access.
Once the Directory is on your screen, you can look up e-mail addresses or you can print out the
document for a hard-copy. At this point, you cannot make any changes to the
document itself.
Be sure to check your e-mail address -- if there are any errors, please let me
know by reply e-mail (WebMom).
Publishing the Directory in a PDF format with password-protection should keep the addresses from going
"public" on the Internet and thus preserve your privacy.
