The Association sincerely thanks The El Paso Corporation for their
increased contribution of $1800 in 2010 and hopes they will continue to support
our Association again in 2012.
Newsletter expenses were: Printing $ 11,200.00 Postage $ 1,076.12
Other Misc. Expenses.

The average number of newsletters mailed out in 2011 was 377 compared to
410 in 2010. The Due Date on the
mailing label continues to prove successful serving as a gentle reminder of when
donations are due. However, I
continue to purge the mailing list every month for lack of donations.
